Smoking Cow Dung Powder

In the picture above is a dried cow dung cake I bought from the supermarket near. They have cow dung powder for sale on Amazon but this is what was available right now, so I got a knife and scraped fine powder off.

Cow dung powder on the left, a mixture of Yerba Mate, Vitex chaste berry and whichever weeds I liked last summer and brought home and dried. Parthenium grass was one of those.

I just felt like bringing these beloved herbs in together in this sacred ritual.

In the ancient Ayurvedic texts the potency of smoking herbs is described in detail and Agnus Castus or Vitex is the first one mentioned, as extremely helpful for women. It is a straight up pituitary gland calmer. Monks and nuns in Europe used to use it to calm the f*** down when the sefual tension rose.

I mixed them all and put it in this pre-rolled filter paper cone. These are also easily available online.

I keep that little stick to use to keep patting the herbs inside the cone down. You want the joint to be firm and tight packed. You don’t want air pockets in there or it’ll burn too fast.

The video of me doing this is here;

And then I smoked it.

I was really in a bad mood and pissed off when I started. I’d been so angry with you for hours. Very seriously pissed off.

But two puffs in …. I don’t know… I started feeling my love… Love overcame my anger 😂 . Three puffs, posted “I love you so much,” to you. 😂

Yeah, mood calming down. Just feeling recovery from the crazy energy spin of the past few days. Feeling real. Feeling hopeful. And why not.p Feeling love.

I guess maybe they call this heart chakra opening. 😃 😂

Ie. I’m not going to particularly murder anyone right now. Can’t promise anything for later on though.

Five puffs in, the brain feeling really fresh for the first time in days of severe sleep t0rture. Everything working really well. I could solve a mystery or two right now. Find the murderer and stuff.

I don’t think I want to smoke another smoke in my life without dung, Ed. It itself has biogas in it; it itself is fuel, which means, a really smooth, smooth smoke.

I so enjoyed watching the smoke rise, the energy, SO BEAUTIFUL, Ed. I LOVE COW DUNG ENERGY.

I’ve burned cow dung cakes to purify the air, but smoking where I inhaled through the mouth into to the lungs just felt so intimately healing.

I’ll say this, Ed, smoking cow dung powder helped me overcome frustration and mental knots and just love.

My deepest love and gratefulness to the Cow Mother who provided this experience of love. She has shown me the true path. It’s always love.
